FAQ

VPS questions, answered.

Short answers for delivery, virtualization, operating systems, and control panel access.

What is the standard delivery time?
Most VPS plans are provisioned automatically within minutes after payment confirmation. Manual review, custom ISO work, or capacity checks can add a short delay.
What are the payment options?
We support common card and online payment methods, plus bank transfer for eligible business accounts and committed infrastructure projects.
What is the difference between KVM and OpenVZ?
KVM provides full hardware virtualization with an isolated kernel and broader OS support. OpenVZ is container-based and works best for lightweight Linux workloads that need efficient resource usage.
Is there any panel to manage the server?
Yes. VPS management is available from the client area, including power actions, reinstall workflows, service details, invoices, and support access. Extra control panels can be added where supported.
What are the available operating systems?
Linux images include Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, and other common distributions. KVM plans can also support Windows and custom ISO installations.
Are you supporting Windows OS on virtual servers?
Yes, Windows is supported on KVM plans. Windows licensing is handled separately unless explicitly included in your order.
What do you suggest for Windows virtual servers?
For Windows workloads, start with at least a 2 GB RAM KVM plan for a smoother baseline experience.
Can I upgrade CPU, RAM, or storage later?
Most VPS plans can be upgraded from the client area or by support request. Downgrades depend on disk size and virtualization type, so they may require migration to a new plan.
Do VPS plans include DDoS protection?
Yes. VPS services include baseline network protection. Enhanced DDoS filtering is available for public-facing apps, game servers, VPN endpoints, and higher-risk workloads.
Are backups or snapshots available?
Backups and snapshots are available as add-ons on supported VPS plans. For production workloads, we recommend keeping an off-server backup in addition to platform snapshots.
